Hello! My name is Vanhi Chava, and I go to Pewaukee High School. I am a 5'6" point guard in the class of 2024. I can handle the ball and bring it up the court with pressure. I am also able to instigate a play within the court. I like to use my creativity on fast breaks to create the best possible outcome from the possession. I also like to use my three-point shooting ability to my advantage. On defense, I work hard to keep my opponent in front of me to create a steal. I always try to to work my opponent as much as I can when playing on-ball defense. Additionally, I work hard to anticipate passes for steals and predict my opponent's next move to always be ahead. I always hustle and put in all of my effort to reach a promising result. 

 

I am very persistent academically, always doing my work and having a great work ethic off the court. My grades have always been high, and I make sure to work hard and learn and get the full experience. I have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills necessary for both school and sports.

This year, I took my offensive skills to the next level. I used my creativity and had a lot more offensive drive while still keeping my strong defensive skills at play. Additionally, I was very excited to play a role of my school's state tournament run, making it to the championship game.
